OUR SERVICE GUARANTEE

At Braidztyle, we pride ourselves on quality work, quality products and a highly trained team. We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience and we endeavor to ensure all clients leave the shop 100% satisfied. However, if you find that you are unhappy with the end result, we will redo your hair at no extra charge within 24 hours (with booking provided). This does not apply to change of mind as this will be charged. We do not refund under any circumstances.

late arrivals

Please be courteous to your braider and other clients and arrive on time to your scheduled appointment. If you are lost or running late, please call the kiosk. Arriving late may result in your allocated time being reduced, or we may not be able to honor your appointment in the time remaining. It is essential that you contact us if you will be running late so that we can try to accommodate you.

Refunds

All services are non-refundable.

Braidztyle reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff.

HEAD LICE

It is against our Policy to perform services on clients with head lice. If a client has been diagnosed with head lice while receiving a service in the kiosk, we would not be able to complete the service the same day and the customer will be charged the brushes fee (comb $5, brush $10) as they will be disposed.

We would be able to complete the service once the head lice treatment has been completed.

Products

At our shop we are using gel and hair spray to get you the best results. If you are sensitive or allergic to any of the products, it is your responsibility to let us know prior to your appointment. The product we are using are: Suavecito pomade, Agiva styling wax and Schwarzkopf/ Goldwell hair spray.

personal items

All personal items are the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen on premise.

Payment/ Prices

Cash, Card (with $1 surcharge) and gift vouchers.
Prices may very and can be change at any time.
Ombre hair extra $5, for long or thick hair extra $5-$10 depends on the length.  

Loyalty card

Get braids 5 times to receive 50% off on your next service. Next 5 braids receive braids for free on your next service.
Promotion applies to the most inexpensive Braidztyle or up to $50. Not redeemable for cash.
Card will be stamp on the day of the appointment only.
